Meet the Maker

Milagro de Atocha

Milagro means "miracle" in Spanish and that is exactly how she's described by those that know and work with her. A deeply talented weaver, Milagro has been with Salvador Compañ for over six years and always brings other women along to help with big projects. The cave in which the weaving takes place is actually in her backyard!
