The print of these slippers is inspired by elephants who are considered a cultural icon throughout India and also help in maintaining the virtue of the forest. The quilt is made from 100% cotton fabric with reversible block printing on it.
Auruhfy strongly believes in creating a system which helps artisans, and its nature to be sustainable by encouraging hand weaving, natural dyes, fair wages and (ideally) zero waste. Each design is created to highlight Indian craft and textile heritage with minimalistic cuts.
These indoor slippers are handmade from 100% cotton by local artisans in India using the traditional ikat weaving technique with reversible block printing on it. Available in ikat or woven elephants, the sustainably made indoor slippers are relaxed and cozy for every at home occasion.
