Your Authentic Life was the theme for the Millie Speaks inaugural conference. It took place in Toronto on Saturday, September 29, 2018 at Arta Gallery. Your Authentic Life was an uplifting event that brought women together to celebrate authenticity, vulnerability, and empowerment. A day of self-discovery and connection-building where women could be 100% themselves.

Thank you for making October 2nd, 2019 a very special day in the Millie and JENNY BIRD books. Jewelry designer and Creative Director of Jenny Bird, is compassionate, fearlessly inventive, a champion of women, a cultural observer, a leader, a unique talent. A favourite of forward-thinking and free-spirited women around the world including YOU! We were left feeling incredibly inspired by all of the thoughtful, smart questions and energy during the discussion and evening. Thank you to Jenny for opening up your doors to us and giving us insider's access to the place where all the magic happens
Millie Speaks Talk with Noora Sharrab at Radford Studio - moderated by Chelsea Brown
Millie Speaks with Noora Sharrab, co-founder + CEO of Sitti Soap brought curiosity, openness and compassion. Sitti means 'my grandmother' in Arabic and this name brings to mind a grassroots, 'back to basics' approach and, really, that was what Noora was advocating. Small steps. Digging deeper. Forging authentic relationships. We realized that even though we are thousands of miles away from the women of the refugee camp (and women all over the world who need support), they are our sisters. Thank you Radford Studio for opening your beautiful space to us – it was a dream to bring this collaboration to life with you. Thank you Noora, who opened our hearts and minds, leaving the room feeling truly empowered
