Remove any dust by gently wiping the surfaces with a clean, soft and dry cloth. 

Cut the wick at least 6 mm. to prevent, uneven burning, dripping or flaring.

Avoid draughts, ventilation and never leave a candle unattended. draughts increase combustion and create irregularities.

Let the candle burn for 2 to 3 hours each time you light it. this will help the candle burn evenly and remember to trim the wicks before each use.

Safety Precautions:

• Never leave a burning candle unattended or burning while you sleep. if you have to leave the room or go to bed, be sure to extinguish all candles first.
• Keep candles out of reach of children and pets. do not place lit candles where they can be knocked over by children, pets or others.
• Extinguish a candle if the flame gets too high or flickers repeatedly. before relighting the candle, allow it to cool, cut the wick and check for unwanted draughts.
• Never touch or move a burning candle. never move a candle container when the wax is liquefied.
• Never burn a candle on or near anything that can catch fire. keep lit candles away from furniture, curtains, bedding, rugs, books, paper, flammable decorations, etc.
• Do not burn a candle to the end. for safety reasons, stop burning a candle when 1,5 cm of wax remains in the container.
• If you are burning multiple candles, place them at least 4 inches apart. this ensures that they do not melt each other, or create their own drafts.
